I believe that in the navigation of our present circumstances we are in a state of both being and becoming. When "stuff" gets in the way of our ability to interact with others it can cause a lot of pain, frustration, and hardship.  As a counselor it is my privilege to work with people in a process that heals.  I look forward to working with you to find hope, renewal, and healing at emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

I am a couple, family, and individual therapist.  I am licensed as a  Marriage Family Therapist in the state of Maryland.  Marriage and Family Therapy is similar to other licensed mental health professions in Maryland, yet is unique in that it involves additional training for work with couples and families.

I received a MS in Marriage Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and a BS in Biology from The College of William and Mary.  I am a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage Family Therapists and a PREPARE/ENRICH certified premarital counselor. I am also a member of the Maryland Birth Network.
