I work with individuals experiencing a variety of symptoms including depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, grief etc. Life can be tough. Relationships can be tough.  Transitions in life can add to the stress. Grief can disrupt what used to be going well.

When you choose to be aware you peel away defenses and judgments and see things as they are.
